TERM of SERVICES
Term of service
1. I, the artist, have the absolute right to my artwork; this includes posting the work on my socials and adding it as a part of my portfolio. However, I will be posting a watermarked, low-quality version for safety purposes
2. Please do not TRACE, EDIT, RENDER, or REMOVE THE WATERMARKS on any of the artwork. (This includes the client!)
3. Commissioned work can only be used for personal use, NOT commercial use, UNLESS the client, pays for the commercial use rights

4. I've the right to reject any commission I don't think I could work.
5. If you want the commission piece in larger print format (larger than 4000x4000px, 144 dpi) please say so (free of charge)
6. I will draw in my own style. I cannot imitate other artist's style, so please check my gallery to see the sample of my artwork you will receive.
Do not use my artwork for AI or NFT without my permission
Payment
I accept PAYPAL invoice only.
Prices are in USD
4.5% PayPal fees included on your commission price.
I only start doing commission after I got payment
You can pay upfront either minimum amount of 50$ or full payment, once you send it, your slot will be secured!
If you do not pay the invoice within 45 days, I will assume you donβt want to commission anymore and cancel it. in case you have problem, please let me knowRefund policy
- Refund the 50$ upfront if I haven't start to work on your commission
- During step 2, client can cancel the commission
- From step 3, refund or cancel is not available.
Working time
- Priority working on: commercial > anniversary > standard persional commisison
- Expect working time per commission will be 1-3 months depending on queue

Process:
Step 1:
- Take commission detail via email in 1-5 days
- Give client price quote and expect update time
- Send invoice to client
- Client must paid upfront full payment or minimum amount of 50$
Step 2
- Client get sketches (can be color sketch)
- Client must pay remain payment if client approved sketch and decide to continue
- Accept major change (poses, view angle,β¦.)
- Maximum of sketches can be sent Is 3 (If you request more than that, a fee of 50$ will be applied for extra 3 sketches)
Step 3
- Client get last update before render
- Accept minor change (maximum of 3)
Step 4
- Client get finalized artwotk
- Accept minor change (maximum of 1)
