TERM of SERVICES
Term of service
1. I, the artist, retain full rights to my artwork. This includes posting the work on my social media and including it in my portfolio. However, I will post only a watermarked, lower-quality version for personal promotion.
2. All artworks in my portfolio may not be used for NFTs, AI training, or any commercial purposes without the artistβs consent.
3. Commissioned work can only be used for personal purposes, not for commercial use, unless the client pays for commercial rights. Please contact me if you wish to use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. Commercial fees can be found here
4. I reserve the right to reject any commission that I feel I cannot complete.
5. If you would like the commissioned piece in a larger print format (e.g., larger than 4000Γ4000 px at 144 dpi), please let me know. This service is free of charge.
6. I will draw in my own style. I am unable to imitate other artists' styles, so please review my gallery to see examples of the artwork you will receive.
Payment
- I accept PayPal invoices only.
- All prices are in USD.
- A 4.5% PayPal fee is included in the commission price.
- I will begin working on a commission only after payment is received.
- You may pay upfront either a minimum of $50 or the full amount. Once payment is sent, your slot will be secured.
- If the invoice is not paid within 45 days, I will assume you no longer wish to proceed and the commission will be canceled. If you encounter any issues, please contact me.Refund policy
- Refund the 50$ upfront if I haven't start to work on your commission
- During step 2, client can cancel the commission
- From step 3, refund or cancel is not available.
Working time
- Priority working on: commercial > anniversary > standard persional commisison
- Expect working time per commission will be 1-3 months depending on queue
Process:
Step 1:
- Take commission detail via email in 1-5 days
- Give client price quote and expect update time
- Send invoice to client
- Clients are required to pay in full upfront, or at least $50
Step 2
- Client get sketches (can be color sketch)
- The client must pay the remaining balance if the sketch is approved and they decide to proceed.
- Accept major change (poses, view angle,β¦.)
- A maximum of 3 sketches can be provided. If you request more than 3, an additional fee of $50 will apply for each set of 3 extra sketches.
Step 3
- Client get last update before render
- Accept minor change (maximum of 3)
Step 4
- Client get finalized artwotk
- Accept minor change (maximum of 1)
